What we process

We process the installing Shopify store’s domain, currency, development-store status, authentication session and access credentials, account authorization metadata supplied by Shopify, app subscription status, product rule tables, managed product and variant identifiers, configured selections and price breakdowns, order identifiers and order line prices needed for reconciliation. We do not request buyer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or payment card details. Do not put personal or sensitive information in option labels.

Purpose and legal basis

We process store configuration and order pricing to provide the service under our contract with the merchant. We process minimal operational information to secure and maintain the service under our legitimate interests. We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or send marketing messages to your customers.

Storage and service providers

App data is stored in the app’s persistent database on Elektraset’s app host. Shopify provides the commerce platform, authentication and app billing. Data can cross borders as part of Shopify’s service and hosting operations. Any legally required international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before public launch. Access credentials stay server-side. Essential Shopify authentication/session mechanisms are used; this site does not use marketing cookies.

Retention and deletion

Pricing evidence is kept while your store uses the app so older orders can be checked against their submitted configurations. On uninstall, sessions are deleted and new access is disabled. Shopify’s shop/redact compliance webhook removes store-linked configuration, quotes, order audits, billing history and value events. Customer-redaction requests remove quotes and audits for the store because option data could contain personal information. Operational webhook receipt identifiers are retained only for duplicate delivery handling and do not contain customer records. Shopify data requests appear in the merchant workspace with a download of pricing records for requested orders. Contact support for earlier deletion or export requests. Required financial records outside this app may have a separate statutory retention period.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact support with your store domain; do not send customer data in the initial request. We verify authorization before disclosing data. Merchants remain responsible for their customer notices and lawful use of order data.

Aggregated measurement and changes

We record store-level first and repeat value events and aggregate subscription counts and recurring amounts. Development stores and test charges are excluded from production statistics. The authenticated measurement endpoint returns only aggregates. We may update this policy; the effective date identifies the current version.
