Service and eligibility

The service helps Shopify merchants configure managed product pricing tables, linked options, cart preflight checks and order reconciliation. You must have authority to install the app and manage the store. During development, installations are limited to the designated development store. No public listing or general availability is implied.

Pricing and cancellation

Studio is $19 USD every 30 days with a 14-day trial for a new subscription, up to 25 active pricing tables and no usage fees. Shopify presents the charge for your approval and handles billing. Applicable taxes are determined by Shopify. Development-store charges are test charges only. Cancel through Setup & plan or uninstall; new paid actions and storefront quotes stop when entitlement ends. Shopify’s billing and refund rules apply. Contact support about a billing problem. No payment is required to ask about a pilot.

Your responsibilities

You own your product rules and must check them before use. Include all mandatory charges in the displayed batch subtotal, verify tax and shipping treatment of fee products, use a dedicated theme template, and complete a representative cart and test order check after changes. You are responsible for fulfillment, inventory, customer service, product legality and your Shopify agreement. Do not use test orders with real customer data.

Limits

Supported scope is Online Store 2.0 themes, one store currency with two decimal places, 8 sizes × 8 tiers, 4 option groups and up to 1,000 units per configuration. The app creates managed products; fees appear as separate lines. The app compares original catalog subtotals; discounts, shipping and tax are separate. Headless storefronts, subscriptions and multi-currency pricing are outside this version. Direct cart edits, removed properties and checkout paths can bypass browser controls. Reconciliation detects certain differences; it is not a guarantee against every undercharge and does not block every checkout.

Data and intellectual property

You retain your rule data and grant us permission to process it to provide the app. We retain rights in the software and brand. The privacy policy describes processing and deletion. Do not enter sensitive personal data in configuration fields.

Availability, termination and liability

We may maintain or suspend the service to address security, misuse or platform changes. We provide reasonable support through the published support address and do not promise continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for the app in the preceding three months. This limitation does not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited. You may terminate by uninstalling. Review and remove managed products and theme blocks as appropriate; existing products are not automatically deleted.

Applicable law and changes

Applicable law at the provider’s registered office governs, without limiting mandatory rights. Contact us to resolve a dispute before seeking other remedies. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date and communicated in the app where appropriate.
